Digital Products and Gift Vouchers
- Digital Products: The return of digital products is at the discretion of CZleaf LLC. Generally, digital products are not eligible for return.
- Gift Vouchers: Gift vouchers are not returnable or refundable once purchased.
Return Procedure
- Contact the Eshop Manager: Initiate the return process by contacting the eshop manager. You will receive a response with return instructions within 3 working days.
- Send the Goods: Ship the items to the address provided by the eshop manager.
- Refund Process: Upon receiving and inspecting the returned goods, a refund will be processed through the same channel used for payment. If this is not possible, an alternative refund method will be arranged. Refunds are issued within 5 working days of receiving the returned goods.
